This page is used to inform visitors regarding Rallie Inc.’s policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use Let’s Rallie.
If you choose to use Let’s Rallie, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that Rallie Inc. collects is used for providing and improving Let’s Rallie. Rallie Inc. will not use or share your personal information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in Rallie Inc.’s Terms and Conditions.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using Let’s Rallie, we may require you to provide Rallie Inc. with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, age, preferred pronouns, ethnicity, email, phone number and location. The requested will be retained by Rallie Inc. and be used as described in this privacy policy.
Rallie Inc. does use third-party services that may also collect information used to identify you.

Event Participation and Data Sharing
When you opt into a specific event or experience within the Let’s Rallie mobile application, you may choose to share certain data with event organizers or participating entities. This data sharing is designed to enhance your event experience and may include information such as your name, contact details, preferences, and any other relevant details provided by you.
By opting into an event or experience, you consent to the sharing of this data with the organizers or entities associated with that specific event. Please note that these organizers or entities may have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data, and we encourage you to review them carefully.
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. We will only share your information with event organizers or participating entities after obtaining your explicit consent. You always have the option to revoke this consent or adjust your privacy settings within the Let’s Rallie app at any time.
Log Data
Rallie Inc. wants to inform you that whenever you use Let’s Rallie, in a case of an error in the app collects data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing Let’s Rallie, the time and date of your use of Let’s Rallie, and other statistics.
Security
Rallie Inc. values your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus Rallie Inc. is striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
SMS Messaging
We collect the contact list and image from our users inside our application. We do this to allow our users to send and receive SMS invites to events in our application. We do allow users to opt out of this feature.
Links to Other Sites
Let’s Rallie contains embedded links to other sites. If you engage by clicking on a third-party link, advertisement, or notification, you shall be subsequently redirected to the respective website, whether hosted within or external to the application. Note that these external sites are not operated by Rallie, Inc. Therefore, Rallie Inc. strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Rallie Inc. has no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Rallie Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors. In the case we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, Rallie Inc. will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your dependent has provided Let’s Rallie with personal information, please contact Rallie Inc. so that we will delete the account.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Rallie Inc. may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. This policy is effective as of 2024-02-29.

Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using Let’s Rallie, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app, Let’s Rallie. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of Let’s Rallie, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of Let’s Rallie, and you also should not try to translate Let’s Rallie into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Rallie Inc.
Rallie Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the app at any time and for any reason. Whenever changes are made Rallie Inc. will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
The Let’s Rallie app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Let’s Rallie app would not work properly or at all.
Rallie Inc. does use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Rallie Inc. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of Let’s Rallie will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Rallie Inc. cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and/or you do not have any of your data allowance left.
If you are using Let’s Rallie outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using Let’s Rallie, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using Let’s Rallie, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using Let’s Rallie.
Along the same lines, Rallie Inc. cannot always take responsibility for the way you use Let’s Rallie i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the Service, Rallie Inc. cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Rallie Inc.’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you are using Let’s Rallie, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third-parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Rallie Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or harm, direct or indirect, experienced as a result of using the functionality of Let’s Rallie. Rallie, Inc. is not liable for any occurrences before, during, and after the experience. User discretion is advised.
At some point, we may wish to update Let’s Rallie. Let’s Rallie is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of Let’s Rallie to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using Let’s Rallie. Rallie Inc. does not promise that it will always update Let’s Rallie so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
Rallie Inc. may also wish to stop providing Let’s Rallie, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
